Welcome to Casa by the Sea. The home is about 1/2 block to the sand with direct access right down the street. The home has a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home provides games, corn hole, beach toys and beach towels for recreation. There is a gas grill on the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. The suite boasts a vintage style tub, record player, faux fireplace, Keurig, microwave, mini-fridge, 55 inch smart t.v, table/chairs, antique tea table.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The is a working art studio with a loft, filled with artwork and art supplies. Two minutes to Zuma Beach. NOTE: Stairs to the loft are steep and not recommended for small children or anyone with issues climbing stairs. Occasional neighborhood construction noise to be expected.
