We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

The Timber Studio

A stunning new barn conversion a few minutes walk from the heart of historic Frome. The wonderful contemporary open plan space is thoughtfully furnished with modern conveniences to ensure your stay is as comfortable as it is stylish. From the cosy woodburner to the designer furnishings and large shower room with underfloor heating every corner reflects a commitment to modern living. Outside there is a lovely private patio with table and chairs to the rear and parking for 1 car at the front.

Beechwood Studio - quiet, cosy, close to town

Ideal studio for a single, a couple or a parent and child over 5 years. Cosy, quiet, with access to garden, 10 minutes walk to the fantastic town of Frome! Bed-sitting area, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, separate entrance. A beautiful walk through the protected Rodden Meadows brings you into the town centre, full of independent shops and renowned performance venue The Cheese and Grain. The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

Eco Studio in stunning garden, Frome, Somerset

WITH FREE STREET PARKING NEARBY, THIS SELF-CONTAINED STUDIO HAS ITS OWN ENTRANCE AND SECLUDED SITTING AREA. WHETHER YOU NEED A BASE TO WORK FROM OR TO GET AWAY FROM IT ALL,THIS IS THE PERFECT LOCATION. Set in a beautiful garden, this cedar clad building has been built by us using sustainable products and natural finishes with a bed-sitting/dining area, ensuite bathroom & well equipped kitchen. The vibrant town of Frome is a short walk away with countryside walks and cycle paths close by.

The Coach House, unique country cottage, Somerset

Relax in our countryside cottage surrounded by gardens and fields. The coach house is in the grounds of Grade 2 listed old rectory but is entirely detached and private from the main house. Just a short drive to attractions like Longleat, Stonehenge and Centre Parks. Close to the beautiful city of Bath and arty towns of Bruton and Frome with their galleries, cafe-life and independent shops. Enjoy fresh eggs from our hens and warm your evenings with the wood-burning stove.

The Chapel Studio

A unique and comfortable apartment in one of Frome’s historic chapels. Centrally located at the top of the famous winding cobbles of St Catherine’s hill, it is just a stone’s throw from independent coffee shops and boutiques, as well as the renowned Bar and Bistro Lotte. The apartment is at the top of the building, so you do have to climb some flights of steps - but the view over the romantic rooftops of Frome to the hills of the Westbury White Horse will be worth it!

Self Contained Annexe in Warminster, Wiltshire

This one bed self contained annexe was built in 2022 and has been finished to a high standard. The property is situated in Warminster (a small market town) in a very quiet cul de sac. Just a few minutes away from Longleat Safari Park. Only 30 minutes to Bath, Salisbury and Stonehenge. The annexe has its own private entrance. It has an added bonus of air conditioning for the summer months.
