Private 1 Bedroom Cottage Apartment with Deck

Unique back yard cottage apartment in Belmont with shiplap walls, wood floors, a 10x20 deck, kitchen with frig, dw, w/d; comfy & efficient. Situated between tall wood fence and cypress trees, it feels quiet and private. More suitable for 1 to 2 guests, but happy to accommodate 4 "good" :) friends (bathroom access is thru the bedroom). 10 min to airport, 15 min to Whitewater Center, 20 min to downtown Charlotte, 5 min to downtown Belmont bars, restaurants and shops; walk to park and boat landing.

Villa Heights Hideaway

Our studio guest house is located in Villa Heights, between the Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, which offer plenty of good food, breweries, and music. *This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Our property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. There is Roku TV.

Fully furnished with queen bed, full sized sleeper sofa, workspace, Smart TV, and Wifi. Free street parking. Very close to uptown, Plaza Midwood, and Noda. Enjoy everything that Charlotte has to offer whether it's a Charlotte FC, Hornets, Knights, or Panthers game, or one of the many concert venues. Please note there is NO smoking permitted inside the unit.
