We are near the Cotswold Way, GWSR Steam Railway and Cheltenham Racecourse, and approx. 2 miles to the centre of Cheltenham - the heart of the Cotswolds.

Studio Garden Room, relaxing & comfortable

Our clean and comfortable studio garden room is perfect for a break away from home. Great space for 1 or 2 guests, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, tv and wifi. Cheltenham town centre is a pleasant walk away or easily accessible by bus or car. We have always taken pride in the level of cleanliness at each changeover and have increased our thoroughness in light of recent guidelines with regard to reducing the spread of infectious diseases.

The Garden retreat

The Garden room has its own front and back door, and access to a lovely south facing garden. It has a kitchenette and en suite. It has a very comfortable king-size bed. We are 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and have views onto Cleeve Hill the highest point of the Cotwolds. There are good local pubs, a national award winning fish and chip shop and a supermarket all nearby. Perfectly situated for all Cheltenham festivals.

Refurbished basement flat in grade 2 listed regency terraced house. Central Cheltenham location, walking distance to all local festivals, shopping, pubs and restaurants. Modern, light and spacious accommodation with private access and patio terrace via the bedroom. Good size bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. There is no separate kitchen but an area containing a fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster.
