House rules: Quiet time and 10pm end time on hot tub. A detached luxury two bedroom, two bathroom, contemporary barn conversion with a fabulous 44' reception room, with stunning views, chefs kitchen, hot tub and located in an AONB, 1 minutes drive to a fantastic pub. Fabulous countryside walks, fishing, 7 miles to Wells and 12 miles to Bath and Bristol. The barn is not suitable for young children. Located side on, on a small "B" road, the road has become much busier recently. Sorry no pets.

Mead Terrace is a recently renovated terraced cottage in the heart of the popular village of Blagdon, with views over the Lake, and amazing Mendip dog walks on the doorstep. We are an ideal spot for wedding guests at Coombe Lodge, which is a 5 minute walk away.

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. There are 2 village pubs, a cafe and grocery shop all just a 15 minute walk away.

Located at the bottom of the high street this central location offers pubs and restaurants, rural walks (perfect for our 4 legged friends!) and shops all within a couple of minutes walk.
