The Cart Lodge is the perfect place to spend a few days and unwind whilst exploring the the local area. A self contained Annexe in the vibrant market town of Loddon, part of the Norfolk Broads National Park. Adjacent to our home but with it's own entrance, it's a 10 minute walk into Loddon with its pubs and shops. This one bedroom annexe has an open plan living area and a small patio. There is easy access to Norwich, Beccles and the South Norfolk coastline, by car or bus. The annexe has a dedicated parking space, and the nearest bus stop is less than 100m from Kings Wood cul-de-sac.

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.
