Wake up to the sound of bird song and enjoy the serenity of this lovely dog friendly cottage in Alvington. Explore The Forest of Dean with its many walking and cycling trails, where there is the opportunity to see wild boar, pine martins and deer. Close to attractions eg Tintern Abbey, FOD steam Railway, Symonds Yat and the lovely Wye valley. Not a retail therapy destination. Max stay of 4 weeks (Cleaning and change of linen are undertaken weekly, for longer stays the cleaning fee is £40 )

Offas Dyke Cabin is set on a hill surrounded by organic countryside. The views of the Severn Estuary are spectacular, withThe Severn Bridge standing proud amongst it . . We are lucky to be located at the start or finnish of the historic Offas Dyke Path which offers beautiful walks and scenery. The cabin is walking distance to the local village pub which offers a hearty Sunday lunch. Chepstow Town centre with its quirky shops , restaurants and beautiful historical Castle are 5 minutes away .

Located in beautiful countryside, stunning views and its amazing wildlife can be appreciated in the daytime and star gazing at night. An internal bathroom with double size power shower will ensure a luxurious experience. Its character wood stove will keep you cosy all year round. Luxury items: Handmade kitchen, Dab/Bluetooth radio, DVD / TV and Nespresso machine.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Our lovingly refurbished tractor shed offers a luxurious and stylish bolthole where you can escape and relax in the countryside. Open plan living with a walk in shower, electric fire and well equipped kitchen. This is the perfect escape to the countryside, within reach of all the beauty of the Brecon Beacons National Park and The Forest of Dean, perfect for hiking, cycling, adventuring and relaxing.

3 bedroom, peaceful, secluded, & large garden

Hidden away on the edge of the ancient Forest of Dean, in the beautiful Wye Valley, with a large secluded garden, accessed by a mile long, narrow, single track lane, hanging with ferns in summer. It's is a fabulous place for walkers and town escapees. Once a woodman’s cottage, with a cosy, spacious interior, fully equipped kitchen, log burner, very comfortable beds, all you need for a relaxing break. Not suitable for young children 1-12, the large garden has a pond and steep terracing.

A dog friendly private studio apartment with a king size four poster bed, kitchen, shower room and hot tub. Your own front door, parking space and secluded garden. Dogs welcome and there is a secure field for exercising in. A wild life haven at the end of our farm drive. Dark skies, bird song and peace and quiet. Ideal stop over en-route to somewhere else or a secret hideaway for a romantic break in the beautiful Forest of Dean. Explore the Forest and the Wye Valley or use us as a base.

The Old Cider Mill

The Old Cider Mill is a beautifully converted old cider barn set in the wonderfully peaceful monmouthshire countryside. The cottage is a fabulous romantic and tranquil retreat set in one acre of meadow and adjoining spinney. Perfectly situated to explore all the wye valley, and nearby forest of dean, has to offer. This cosy cottage sleeps two guests and has an open plan living area with a woodburning stove. Outside is lovely gravelled courtyard with furniture and off road parking.

Valleyside Annexe

Our annexe is a detached converted garage with living/kitchen area, a separate bedroom upstairs and a downstairs shower room. It has a private entrance with its own patio and outside dining space and beautiful views over the stunning Wye Valley. Plenty of walks are on the doorstep and there is a village pub, shop, castle and playground less than 10 minutes walk from the property. Well behaved dogs are welcome (£10 per dog) We are always in contact for any questions you may have.

Badgers Bothy is set within a woodland glade in the grounds of the 16th century Amberley Farmhouse and provides the most unique and charming country escape. Our idyllic cottage is set on the edge of Minchinhampton Common (located in an AONB) and with miles of footpaths which are perfect for those wishing to explore the Cotswolds. This beautiful cottage exudes an aura of peace and tranquillity and a haven for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.

Cosy Cottage | Dog Friendly | Wye Valley

Mill Cottage is a delightful stone cottage situated on a private lane in the heart of a pretty village located on the River Wye. The original cottage is over 150 years old and was the home of the sawmill manager, who ran the nearby sawmill, which has long since disappeared. It is now a lovely holiday cottage, that sleeps two couples and one well-behaved dog. It overlooks a pretty church and is very conveniently located for the village pub.

Historic cottage opposite Chepstow Castle

Directly opposite the castle, this cottage is in the perfect location for exploring Chepstow and its surrounding areas. The cottage dates back to the 17th century, but has been freshly modernised. Expect a homely yet luxurious stay. Chepstow itself is a historic town, packed with lovely restaurants, pubs, cafés and shops. Our house guide will give you plenty of recommendations to make the most of the area.
