On the outskirts of Delamere Forest (walking distance to Forest Concerts), this well situated property is a walkers paradise. On the Sandstone Trail, leading up to Old Pale, with easy access to Little Switzerland, Oakmere Way and Primrose Wood. So much to see and do with local wildlife on your doorstep. Wanting to venture further afield? Oulton Park, Wild Shore & Go Ape less than 5 miles and Chester Zoo 10miles.

Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

'The Vestry' is an 1846 church building, now a delightful studio cottage for couples, families or business trips with easy access to Manchester airport/city. On the edge of the Peak District it includes a comfortable double bed, 2 single beds on the mezzanine. Relax in front of the wood burning stove, or on the lovely rear deck overlooking our brook and woodland. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the village with great pubs, shops and restaurants. We have an EV charger available at 20p/pkh

A cosy garden cottage, with separate entrance, private bathroom, bed nook, kitchen and shared garden. A peaceful space from which explore south Manchester and the city. The cottage has a full sized double bed with lots of pillows and a comfy duvet and electric blanket. A large sofa easily accommodates an extra body if you prefer to sleep separately. We also have a travel cot for babies. The cottage is set up for 2 adults, with 2 kids, but not really suitable for more than 3 grown ups.
