Welcome to our newly refurbished, self-contained one bedroom apartment. It's ideally situated between Chester Zoo (10-15 mins walk) and Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village (less than 5 mins drive) and also about 10-15 minute drive to Chester. It has a spacious, open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with a separate bedroom (with king sized bed) and large walk-in wardrobe/dressing table. It also has it's own bathroom with double shower enclosure, toilet and sink. Parking spaces for 2 cars.

Tucked down a private lane in rural Cheshire, Eden Cottage sleeps 5 guests in 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 – Super-king bed Bedroom 2 – Super-king or twin Bedroom 3 – Single bed Upstairs, there’s a bathroom, plus a downstairs WC. The bright living room has a wood-burning stove and TV, while the dining room leads to a modern kitchen with bifold doors to the secure garden. Outside, relax on the decked seating, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy off-road parking for two cars plus an EV charger.

This delightful “Guest Studio” is situated just a short 3 minute stroll from the centre of Lymm village, where you will find good restaurants, pubs & bars. The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.

Little Barn is set in the beautiful Cheshire countryside, a short distance from the market town of Nantwich and historic Chester. This newly renovated barn has been beautifully designed to a high standard and consists of two super comfy bedrooms (a king and a super king/twin) with two bathrooms, an open plan living area and gorgeous patio in a stunning location. Ideal for a relaxing weekend away or a base to explore and enjoy local events and attractions.
