Located in a lovely rural farming village in the Staffordshire Moorlands boasting many public footpaths for walkers. Our self contained studio accommodation, is located in the garden area of the property and features a lovely view of our garden. It is perfect for guests seeking a comfortable and private base to enjoy and explore the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands, Peak District & Alton Towers. There are 3 local country pubs serving food (walking distance) Fishing pool & recreation ground.

Fabulous separate dwelling, quiet area, offering private annexe of our home. Off street parking. Fresh Continental Breakfast, your own Kitchenette, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle and fridge. Very comfortable king size bed, high quality bedding, towels etc. Light airy double room with views and access to south facing garden, free wifi, television and sofa. Superb shower room with loo. Black out curtains. Terrific value. An Excess charge of £40 cash for early checkin/ late departure.

This is a self contained, ground floor room with en-suite shower room, kitchenette and private entrance. Key safe for quick and easy self check-in. This is a newly refurbished space, with a large window and blind which makes it very light and bright but with privacy. There is a double bed with storage drawers under, a walk in storage area with hanging rail, wall mounted TV and wall mounted drop down table and foldaway chairs which make a useful eating/ work space. This comfortable studio with amazing views, lots of outdoor space, walks from the doorstep and pubs with good food nearby is perfect for couples looking to re-charge their batteries in a rural location. It has a well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, White Company linen, underfloor heating with independent controls, it's own combi-bolier for hot water, tv and wi-fi. It is on the edge of the Peak District with many local attractions, such as Chatsworth and Hardwick Hall.

Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.

Beautiful, self contained, fully furnished, home from home accommodation. Views across Wirral farmland. 100m to River Dee. 15 minute walk to picturesque Parkgate. 5 miles (10 mins drive) for guests travelling to Clatterbridge Hospital. 4 miles (10 mins) drive to Leahurst Equine Hospital. Quiet, semi rural location. Bars & restaurants Heswall (5 mins taxi). Access to Liverpool, Chester & North Wales. Heswall Golf Club - 2 mins away, Royal Liverpool 5 miles.

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.

The Studio, Betley

This large living/bedroom space has its own private access for the guest's sole use. Situated in the quiet village of Betley it is walking distance to the village shop and three pubs (two serve food). Lots of places for country walks and has easy access to the M6/A500, Keele University and Crewe mainline rail station.
