A Unique Garden House in the heart of the Kent Countryside with views across our 3 acre orchard. Included in your stay is your very own private garden, complete with hot tub & summerhouse to relax in. The property also has private parking plus a secret woodland hideaway. Within walking distance is both Sharsted Wood and Doddington Place Gardens which are great for exploring, plus our local pubs - The Black Lion and The Chequers Inn which are perfect for a spot of lunch or a dinner reservation.

Spacious barn with pool ideal for exploring Kent

Nunfield Barn is a beautifully converted barn and one portion of the house is internally separated for our Airbnb guests, with its own entrance, downstairs toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room with doors leading to a private patio. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is an above ground pool for use in summer, a front garden shared with us when we are here. There are fields &orchards across the road and we are 15 minute drive to Leeds Castle

Self-contained annex in Sittingbourne, perfect if you are visiting the area for work or leisure. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in your own completely private place, with driveway parking and fast WiFi. The accommodation comprises a bedroom /lounge /working room, kitchen and bathroom. The annex, especially the bedroom, is very quiet and peaceful. Located conveniently for the motorway and also easy access to the town centre, train station, shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs.

A comfortable, modern house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, off road parking and superfast 100mbps Wi-Fi. Convenient location, near town centre and station. The house offers 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower/wc, 1 single bedroom, main bathroom, large lounge/diner, kitchen, downstairs wc. Outside, there is a small rear patio area with table and chairs and an allocated space in the private car park. We are happy to accept well behaved pets at this property for a fee of £5 per pet per night.

The Property is two miles from the closest shop and the nearest train station is Sittingbourne. The property is set amongst beautiful paddocks with horses in livery in the adjacent stables. There is ample secure parking and easy access.

We are a unique rural modern lodge with every luxury, nestled in 3 acres. Beautiful views and walking on the Northdown's way. Great local pubs to enjoy. No better place to relax and unwind watching amazing sunsets, and perhaps sampling our local wine grown next door. Or put your feet up by the log burner and watch a film from our vast collection, perhaps with a homemade afternoon tea (available to book in advance). Whatever your preference, you wont be disappointed.

Enjoy a stay in the penthouse of this newly converted, charming Victorian townhouse with free parking right in the centre of Sittingbourne's entertainment centre. Great restaurants, eclectic bars, charming cinema, and ten-pin bowling are all right on your doorstep. Of, if you prefer a quiet night in, sink into our cosy wrap around sofa, and binge watch your favourite box sets on the entertainment system.
