Located on the edge of the Goodwood Estate, this property is a stunning semi-detached Duchess cottage with magnificent views over neighbouring farmland towards Halnaker Mill. The property has been the subject of a major programme of renovation and now offers superb accommodation arranged over three floors. Of particular note is the ground floor with its open plan kitchen/living/dining room with bi-fold doors providing access out on to the landscaped gardens. Only 12 miles to West Wittering Beach

Kalou, Eco Escape at Goodwood

Kalou, is a unique bolthole lovingly hand-built from reclaimed materials during lockdown. Previously sited elsewhere, the cabin has recently been upgraded to a more sustainable way of living, off-grid, and now surrounded by seamless views of tranquility and peace, nature and spectacular sunsets. Local wildlife treats include sheep, cows, displays by pheasants, random hare playing, deer running by, and potential sightings of owls. A truly unique getaway with easy access to the South Downs Way.

Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.
