Easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway and close to Fleet, Farnborough and Hook. With the village and local walks on your doorstep this is the perfect getaway!

Kitchen/dining area: Sink unit, fridge, double INDUCTION hob**, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, pans, cutlery, tea towels, olive oil, salt & pepper. **NB alternative hob available if you have a pacemaker fitted. The Studio at The Forge

Tucked away at the bottom of a mature garden lies The Studio at The Forge. The Studio has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Inside there is a kitchenette with everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay. The guest house includes a comfortable king-sized bed to ensure a good nights sleep with a private bathroom. There is a dedicated working space within the main room with a TV and a large sofa which has a pull out bed to accommodate extra guests on request.

Pet friendly Farm stay in amazing countryside

Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.

Large self-contained detached studio

Cliddesden is a village on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs yet close to the town of Basingstoke. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English dishes. Sky TV, Ethernet connection available.

A wonderfully comfortable well appointed studio apartment, located in the center of the beautiful village of Sherborne St John. It is extremely well located, close to the village pub, the Vyne National Trust House, Basingstoke hospital, Basingstoke town and plenty of lovely walks. It has a super comfy king sized bed, large smart TV, comfy sofa, fully fitted kitchen including an induction hob and oven plus a bathroom.

It also next door to Festival Place is a 1.1m sq ft shopping centre situated right next to the apartment Please note that our building is currently undergoing facade replacement works, and scaffolding has been installed around the property. As a result, there may be increased noise levels during normal working hours.
