Rose Retreat at Footpath Cottages,Reynolds Farm.

Rose Retreat is one of 3 holiday cottages, a single storey cottage complete with a wet room and fully accessible to wheelchair users. With one bedroom and a sofa bed in the open plan lounge this accommodation sleeps up to four guests. Underfloor heating throughout the cottage means it is really warm and cosy, even on cold winter nights. There is now a Hot Tub in the garden of the cottage, for your sole use at any time, watch the sun come up or relax under the stars - ideal for special memories.

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. Nice quiet area with fields and woodland walks nearby Keys left in door - guests can let themselves in, we are generally around if you have questions There is BBQ area and a heated pool (shared with hosts) for stays of 2 days or more. Please note pool heating is not turned on until about mid-end of May and turned off in September. 5 min to Herne Bay. 15 min to Whitstable 20 min to Canterbury

A short drive to the nearby seaside towns of Whitstable and Herne Bay, historical Canterbury and the glorious beaches of East Kent, it is the perfect base to explore the area. A suitable space for families, couples and groups of friends and a great location for walkers, cyclists and sightseers.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located on the Cliff tops of Beltinge and just a just a stones throw away from the beach. This is the perfect place to kick off your shoes and relax after a long day enjoying the beautiful sights and coastal walks on offer. The apartment itself is nestled away in a very quiet cliff top road, very few cars use the road. Located in the pretty village of Beltinge, there is a small supermarket, post office and pub within walking distance.
