The Lodge Christchurch is a lovely studio retreat with garden views that sleeps four, plus dogs are very welcome. The lodge is situated at the bottom of the garden with its own patio area and outdoor firepit. We are very close to wonderful St Catherine's Hill nature reserve and award winning Bournemouth beaches and it's the perfect location to enjoy days out in the New Forest National Park or to explore the Purbecks and Jurassic Coast. A cosy adults only luxurious and private, on our lovely small holding. A beautiful setting with a wonderful view. Perfect for a romantic getaway with unique extras such as a fully loaded outdoor kitchen, private 6 person hot tub and deck, gas log burner, plus full indoor cooking and bathing facilities. The Barn is gas central heated and also has double bi-fold doors so you can bring the outside in and enjoy the countryside in real luxurious comfort. There are lots of special touches too!

Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.
