Franko & Roko apartments are fully equipped apartments with great location. In our house there are three apartments and their names are:LAVENDER, SUNSET and studio apartment AZURE.Our apartments are located just 5 km from Dubrovnik old town and 10 km from Dubrovnik airport. Nearest supermarket and bus stop is 5 min light walk and beaches and shops are 15 min light walk. You’ll love it because of the ambiance, the people and it's good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

Sleep in One of the Oldest Homes in Old Town Dubrovnik

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.

Apartment Adriatic Allure is a newly renovated, two bedroom apartment located at the centre of Dubrovnik. Our recently renovated house "Kuca Mala" (size 50 m2) is situated in the heart of Dubrovnik, in quiet and friendly neighborhood offering privacy and amazing view. House is located 2 minutes (250 meters -114 stairs) walking distance from "Pile" - entrance to the Old Town; where the main local public bus station is situated. From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.

Lady L sea view studio

Lady L studio apartment with a sea view is a balance comfort with luxe, the practical with the desirable and the seasoned with tactile art. Little gem hidden in Dubrovnik. The apartment offers breakfast as an additional option in the Rixos hotel, which is located 300 meters from the apartment, with an additional charge of 30 euros per person. Breakfast at the Rixos Hotel is a buffet with a beautiful panoramic view.

Best View P&K Apartment is situated in one of Dubrovnik’s most desirable neighborhoods—Zlatni Potok—just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and Banje Beach. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the City Walls and Lokrum Island. Please note that, due to the steep stairs in this residential area, the property may not be suitable for guests over 60 unless they are in good physical condition.
