Cottage Nestled within old Cotswold Farmhouse

Take your first glimpse of the rolling fields surrounding our traditional Cotswold stone farmstead, as you travel along our private, tree lined drive. In an AONB, the farmstead sits on the edge of the Golden Valley. Dating back to the 1700s, Little Finch's Cottage is nestled within the original Farmhouse, where you can still find exposed beams and sunny window seats. Step through Little Finch's front door into the lounge/breakfast room which is linked to the bedroom by a steep spiral staircase.

The detached property is set in the garden of the main house. Ewen is a lovely village with the Thames path a 2 min walk away which takes you into beautiful Cotswold countryside. The Bakers Arms makes a good watering hole on this route. Cirencester is a 5 min drive with boutique shopping and dining options. Kemble Station is 1 mile away with a direct link to Paddington Station (1 hr 15). The Cotswold Water Park is 5 mins away with lots of water activities. Beautiful Roman Bath is 40 mins.

The Studio is a small and cosy single storey self-contained annexe in the Cotswold village of Poulton. Double bedroom, en suite shower room, fully equipped kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, private courtyard garden. WiFi, underfloor heating, TV, parking for 2 cars. Basic breakfast supplies, milk, tea and coffee provided. Great village pub down the road. Sleeps two comfortably, up to four at a squeeze with limited floor space if using the sofa bed for additional guests.

The Stables

Our beautiful new house is located in the heart of a Cotswold market town, Cirencester. The house is in a secluded private courtyard with its own private parking. The Stables - Accommodates 6 people with two double bedrooms and one room with two singles. The house was built by us in 2017 so everything inside is brand new so would serve as a great base point to explore the surrounding areas.
