Our guest house has its own entrance, private outdoor space, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, reverse osmosis water filter, fridge with ice and water, washer/dryer, and microwave. The property has a rooftop deck and hot tub that offers 180 degree views of the San Gabriel Mountains privately available by appointment.

This secluded studio is newly renovated and set amidst a spacious outdoor living space consisting of a beautifully preserved tree house, refreshing salt water pool, and BBQ patio/lounge area. An outdoor daybed also makes for a perfect spot to kick back and read your favorite books, surf the web, or catch up on some much needed sleep!

This modern guest house is minutes drive from DTLA, great as rustic hillside “glamping.” 32 steps down the side of the main house to get to your private entrance with handrails, kitchen, modern bathroom, bedroom & reading nook. There’s a separate games room for private use. We’re just next to Dodgers Stadium, Chinatown. Safe quiet neighborhood. 1 parking spot. As it is hillside, there is a bit of nature and dirt. It’s NOT immaculate/sterile but it is a clean/fun cabin.

It is in a convenient location, you can go to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, AMC theater, In&Out, Troy High School within 10 mins drive. One parking space is provided on the driveway.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
