We will head through Green Park to Buckingham Palace, where we'll watch the world-famous Changing of the Guard ceremony (Sun / Mon / Wed / Fri only) After witnessing this traditional ritual, we'll head to Westminster. Sights we'll see along the way include Downing Street, Westminster Abbey, Parliament Square, Horse Guard Parade, Big Ben, and the Houses of Parliament. Our last stop in Westminster before heading underground on the tube is the start of Westminster Bridge where we will be able to see the Eye and other sights. Then we'll go to the London Bridge area, we'll see Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, The Clink Prison, London Bridge, The old warehouse district, Borough Market, The Shard, views of the Square Mile, HMS Belfast, Tower Bridge, and the Tower of London. Starting in the shadow of the iconic St.Paul's cathedral, we explore the tiny backstreets and rambling courtyards the ancient City of London is famous for. We follow in the drunken footsteps of literary greats including Dickens, Shakespeare, Pepys & Johnson whilst pausing for a drink in at least 4 of the most historic pubs dating as far back as the 1500's. From discovering art nouveau gems to glamorous Victorian gin palaces we enjoy a variety of pub styles and breweries along the way. It's not a prescriptive tour, so you choose & pay for your drinks along the way. We're here to offer recommendations, and you can often "sip before you sup" with a few tasters on request from the bars along the way. This allows you to indulge as much or as little as you desire! Non-drinkers can soak up the history, and wine & gin-lovers are also well catered for. We usually finish up on the edge of Covent Garden perfect for theatre-land, restaurants and of course more pubs! On this walking tour of London's streets we will watch clips from the movies while I regale you with behind-the-scenes stories of those locations and how they were used in the film series. Our first stop will be the entrance to Diagon Alley, before we pop down to see the Ministry of Magic, and find out which Leaky Cauldron has the best tacos, as well as others I don't want to spoil here. I will also share some of the strangest, funniest non-HP facts I've learned about London along the way. We will finish at Borough Market, London's top street food destination, with King's Cross just a separate Tube ride away. Join me as we explore London's wild spaces after dark to discover the amazing world of bats. As dusk falls, mysterious creatures emerge from under bridges and out of old trees to hunt. Surrounded by myth and misconceptions, bats are a truly unique group of animals, and much misunderstood. The focus will be on learning all about bats and their unique biology, why they are so important as ecological 'keystone species', how they navigate in the dark and how each species is highly adapted to its way of life. We'll watch them hunting in various habitats, and excitingly we will use handheld electronic bat detectors to listen to their ultrasonic echolocation calls. You'll learn how to identify various species, from the tiny flitting Pipistrelles that can fit into a matchbox, to the incredible and comical looking Brown Long Eared bat. With luck, we may spot the Daubenton's or water bat skimming the water surface like a tiny hovercraft. Or our largest bat, the Noctule, almost bird-like flying in open skies with it's military 'chip-chop' call. We frequently encounter other nocturnal wildlife too, like owls, foxes, hedgehogs and badgers. Who knows what the evening will reveal! Other things to note Social distancing can be observed, bat detectors wiped down between uses. The walk is very safe as many joggers and walkers use the Heath to cut through, even in late evenings. We'll be sticking to wide open paths for the most part, but need to take care of trip hazards

Master the art of riding these splendid machines on a tour through Westminster in central London. After meeting us at London Scottish House, 95 Horseferry Road, Westminster, SW1P 2DX, we will introduce you to the Penny Farthing bicycle, provide you with your equipment including helmets and let you know what you will be doing during the experience. Then we will head out onto the streets where you will learn to safely mount, ride and dismount. Keen to ride more? After a short coffee break, we will head out on a leisurely guided journey around the Westminster area, past many iconic locations such as the Palace of Westminster, Parliament Square, Churchill War Rooms, the gardens of 10 Downing Street and Buckingham Palace. After a short photo stop we will then roll on back to London Scottish House and return to the present day! IMPORTANT NOTE: This sporting experience is physically demanding and therefore only recommended for people with a reasonable level of fitness and those under the age of retirement. You must be at least 5ft 3in (160 cm) tall, weigh less than 100 kgs (220 Lbs) and be in good physical shape. It helps if guests are already competent and confident bike riders on public roads.

We will be learning credential techniques for Portraiture sculpture. This will be broken down into simple processes for the beginner or intermediate sculptors. We will be learning the process of Ecorché (sculpting each individual muscle onto the skeleton), and learning them along the way, bring your sketchbooks :D After we know the anatomic makeup of the bust, its time to create one for ourselves. You will surprise yourself at how much accumulating the knowledge of our anatomic makeup can enhance your sculpting skills!! That's a promise :D Come home with an anatomic muscle model you can always have to refer back to and a portraiture bust, skin and all! Other things to note Perfect for beginners or intermediate folk, we will be going through all processes.

We'll also visit where Mozart lived and played—yes, the Mozart—as well as explore David Bowie’s regular hangouts and the stomping ground for the likes of The Sex Pistols, Karl Marx, Casanova, Marilyn Monroe, Elton John, and many more legends that helped to change the world. Have a drink in the company of true locals while discovering venues and history hidden to most people.

This walk follows government guidelines on combating covid to ensure guest safety. This walk is a History of London and walk through time. We will walk around quiet backstreets from Westminster to Vauxhall discussing subjects as diverse as royal history, finance and British culture. We will visit a Georgian cathedral town and pleasure garden, a Victorian penal port and graveyard, a Bronze Age port and religious site, and a 21st-century city that is still under construction. You will be immersed in different historical periods and will hear about lots of gossip and scandal. This walk actively encourages your participation. Other things to note Bring sensible walking shoes and rainwear—this is an all-weather walk. I will provide hand sanitiser. Occasionally some back streets are blocked off due to filming or local events taking place. When this happens or if guests have a particular interest in the History of the British Monarchy an alternative route/tour is offered which finishes in Trafalgar Square. Please ask if you are interested in this route/tour.

All groups will meet outside the Dominion Theatre at Tottenham Court Road underground station, and go on a 2 hour walking tour exploring the streets of Soho. You won't believe how much musical talent was crammed into one small iconic street! The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Jimi Hendrix...the list goes on and on. We’ll explore where the Sex Pistols squatted, not forgetting where Elton John got his first ever job as a tea boy! Moving on to the venue that Brian Epstein, manager of the Beatles, took over and put on the legendary Jimi Hendrix one fateful night in 1967! It's then onto Soho square and see where Paul McCartneys business headquarters are. British RocknRoll began at this coffee bar which is just round the corner to arguably the most famous of London music venues, where nearly every major artist has played! Enjoy the spot where John Lennon took part in a famous comedy routine. Stand in the spot where the Oasis album cover was taken, before moving onto the studio where David Bowie recorded Hunky Dory and where the Beatles recorded the first release on Apple records! For those that want to continue we will then finish in an beautiful old, historic English pub, which has had many famous guests over the years, where I will tell you stories of my own personal involvement in the music business!
