The Annexe, within the owner’s enclosed grounds, is set in the peaceful Devon countryside, well located for many different activities including; surfing, walking, fishing, cycling and sightseeing. THE GOLLY GOSH ! A stunning log cabin

The Golly Gosh log cabin has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with en-suite shower rooms. The open plan living space includes a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. The lounge area has a log stove and TV. The veranda has a table and chairs for dining al fresco. The cabin is in a separate, self contained garden with additional seating, barbecue and a fire pit. There is also a private 4 person HOT TUB. We are a 20 minute drive from beautiful Bude. Please note the cabin is pet free.

Situated in the heart of Devon, Bridge Cottage is a traditional cob cottage nestled on the banks of the river Torridge, on the edge of the picturesque village of Sheepwash. The 2 bed / 2 bath cottage offers a homely rural retreat for up to four guests – a relaxing space at the end of an active day, or a tranquil place to simply escape. The property has its own cottage garden as well as a private riverbank woodland from where you can fish - or relax by the water and watch the local wildlife.

Cancleave has been in our family since 1962. During the winter of 2020/21 it underwent a complete reconstruction to create a modern, energy-efficient and supremely comfortable retreat. Nestled on the coast road between Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay, the property occupies around half an acre of lawned garden bordering the South West Coast Path. From here you can enjoy breathtaking views across Bude Bay as far as Lundy Island, as well as inland vistas stretching all the way to Dartmoor.

NB at present there is other works on the farm hence the reduced price of this gorgeous barn conversion. The other works will not affect your stay in the actual barn, or the peace and quiet.

Stable Cottage is a stunning, newly renovated two bedroom cottage at Tinney Waters - it is light and airy and we are happy to accept up to 4 dogs free of charge. We are situated close to the village of Pyworthy. We are only 10 miles from Bude's amazing, sandy, dog friendly beaches too - great for surfing! We have three well stocked coarse fishing lakes which are private for our on site guests. New for 2026 is our heated, indoor pool and sauna - see guest access for more details

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. PLEASE NOTE for health and safety reasons we exclude children under 8 years of age

Owl's Retreat is the two story, self contained westerly wing of our secluded farmhouse surrounded by farmland. It is full of character with stone walls, oak beams and a large cathedral window in the master bedroom. There are far reaching views throughout. It is the perfect base to explore North Devon countryside & nearby Cornwall beaches. Come back, relax and unwind, enjoy the sunset in the garden or a movie in front of the log burning stove.

Nearby, beautiful beaches and coves stretch along Cornwall’s breathtaking coastline.
