This is a four season vacation spot. Create your own memories in the western North Carolina mountains by Lake Chatuge! Enjoy great hiking, boating, fishing, and much more! Take advantage of the hiking and biking on the Jack Rabbit Mountain trails along the shores by Lake Chatuge. Winter discounts available from January 1 until March 31. OPTIONAL MINI COTTAGE (for a third bedroom that sleeps 2) with Queen sized bed and TV but no extra bathroom for an extra $25 per night plus $25 cleaning.

Come visit our 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom cabin: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 1 Twin Bed and 1 futon. Located on the NC end of Lake Chatuge. About 100 yds to the water. Our 2 Game rooms equipped with: Ping Pong Table (No beer pong allowed), Air Hockey and vintage 90's Arcade console with over 100 games. 3 smart Roku tv's and fire pit for evening s'mores and gas grill. Please note this is an older wood cabin in a small town with the woods right in our yard.

If your idea of a vacation is serenity and relaxation, then the Deerfield Cottage is for you. The property sits on 12 acres, nestled in the Wayah valley just six miles from historical Franklin, NC. In the early mornings or at dusk, look for the deer that frequent the property. Often you will see fawns frolicking in the field under the fruit trees. A 100 year old corn crib harkens back to the early days when this land was part of a working farm.
