The Hope is a spacious Cotswolds stone house dating from the 17th Century, in the beautiful South Cotswolds. It has recently been fully renovated and is located in a quintessential Cotswold village. The house is connected to my half of the house but you will have total privacy with your own separate entrance, private garden perfect for al fresco dining and access to our tennis court. No. 32 is a lovely stone cottage in the Cotswolds, in North Cerney, near Cirencester. This pretty 2-bedroomed cottage is situated next to our home, so creating the perfect cosy, comfortable retreat has been somewhat a labour of love. Our aim is for you relax, unwind and make the most of your surroundings when you stay at N.32, so during your holiday you will have exclusive use of our gated drive, a private patio and a lovely, large back garden complete with fire pit and children's play area.

Kemble Station (1 mile) has direct trains to London. Water sports, lakes, beautiful villages and countryside are all nearby. The beautiful city of Bath is a 40 min drive.

There are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which has an en suite shower room.

Pippa's Cottage is our self contained detached annexe with private roof terrace, just over a mile from the centre of the pretty market town of Cirencester. We are a 7 minute walk to a Sunday Times Gasto pub, The Plough by Sam and Jak, and less than 5 minutes to the fields entering Cirencester Park, or The Stratton Hotel Spa (1/2 day bookings available. Off road parking is included. We can accommodate 3 people with an extra charge.
