Beautiful room. Partial kitchen with microwave, mini fridge and sink, coffee maker. Gated community. Secluded but close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Sunset, Ocean Isle, Cherry Grove and N. Myrtle Beaches are all within the 20 miles radius. Beautiful Calabash and its River front is just 7 minutes away. TV cable. Important: Third floor, no elevator. Lockout. Renters with a lease term of less than 1 year may only use the pools on weekdays during the months of June, July, and August.
