The little Annex

Light and bright small self contained annex in a picturesque village setting. A short walk to two village pubs, and 5 minutes walk from the southdowns way, ideal for walkers and cyclists. 2 ½ miles from Petersfield town centre and mainline station to Waterloo. I am a huge believer in reuse and renew, doing whatever I can to help the beautiful environment we live in. Most of my furniture is salvaged or upcycled and functional. Bag transfer, dinner and packed lunches available upon prior request.

The Piggery, Henley Hill

The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. After 6 years superhosting over 500 guests The Piggery has just received a full renovation for 2024 and is looking extra lovely, we can’t wait to welcome you.

Spacious and Stylish Home in Heart of Top Village

A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. There is a large double bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living area with sofa beds and log burner that can accommodate up to 3 further guests. There are 3 fantastic pubs within walking distance - one only 50m away!

This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.

The perfect place for a short trip away. The Beehive is a quiet self contained double room with ensuite shower room, parking and separate guest entrance. Space to make drinks with a super quiet mini fridge/ nespresso machine/toaster and breakfast provided in the room. An ideal base for exploring the South Downs, Chichester & Portsmouth area. The Beehive catches the evening sun in the garden; perfect for relaxing in the hanging chair. Smart TV, fast wifi, key box entry.

Cosy Hideaway in the South Downs National Park

Located in the heart of the South Downs National Park, our beautiful, refurbished annexe is the perfect place to relax and unwind. With its own separate entrance and parking, your South Downs retreat is tastefully furnished with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Highlights include the roll top bath, log burning stove, private patio, and use of the outdoor hydrotherapy Jacuzzi located within our stunning 1-acre garden.

Beautiful Barn nr Haslemere in a gorgeous setting

The Barn is situated half a mile up a track in the Surrey Hills, next to the Serpent Trail and a couple of 100 metres from the South Downs National Park. It feels like it is in the middle of nowhere, yet guests can walk to the centre of Haslemere in 30 minutes. Whether you are looking for great walks, visiting friends or relatives, or just want to escape it all, we hope you will love this place as much as we do.

Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Just a short walk from Bosham harbour. Our home has a bright and contemporary feel and the whole property will be yours to use. Within walking distance of Holy Trinity Church, Bosham Sailing Club and the Anchor Bleu. Bosham is a popular location to stay for those attending events at Goodwood. West Wittering Beach and Chichester are a short drive away.

Shepherds Hut - Leaping Lamb, Southdowns Farm

Leaping Lamb, our bespoke luxury 18ft shepherds hut. It is nestled amongst the sheep and wildflowers of Drews Farm - a working farm situated just 15 minutes walk from the train station. Lie in its' Kingsize bed and savour views of the Southdowns National Park. Woodburner, kitchenette, ensuite with hot shower and seating all fit perfectly inside. Outside; enjoy a fire pit with views of the sunset.

Sitting within a historic woodland, this secluded retreat has all the creature comforts of home whilst being immersed in nature on Barrow Hill Farm. The Treehouse’s bespoke design allows you to open one side of the lodge to welcome in the sights, sounds and smells of the bluebell wood that surrounds it. The roll top bath is perfect for romantic bathing, with the doors open or shut.
