In its sorroundings there are also farmacies, transportation services, a post office, stores for shopping,beaches and Cathedrals. The apartment is a 10 minutes drive to the Convention Center and 20 minutes to the international airport,. Marbella del Caribe is an extremely central, counts with 24/7 security. This Condominium surely is indeed in the beach, surrounded by all kinds of culinary flavors, music and folklore. Our guests have the option of having a relaxing vacation, as well as a night out to have fun.

This cozy apartment is centrally located in front of a peaceful park in Luchetti Street, Condado. It has 2 A/C units and Wifi. Beaches, casinos, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket are all walking distance. Gated Parking available on the premises. La Placita de Santurce, a historical area full of restaurants, bars and music is also nearby. We are located in the heart of Condado but our place is quiet and restful.

Located in a quiet street with only local traffic, you will be few steps to the local supermarket open 24/7, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee places in Calle Loíza and barely three blocks to Parque Del Indio beach. You’ll be able to enjoy a peaceful stay! Note: some nights the coquis (our national frog 🐸) are loud, some people are not used to it, but once you do is like a singing concert of nature.
