We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in April 2026!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. Their are many beautiful walks and cycle rides on our doorstep as well as a myriad of local pubs, equestrian centres and a farm shop. The small market towns of Wallingford and Henley on Thames are just 10-15 minutes away. There is parking outside next to the stairs to the flat, a car is advised.
