Casa Martinucci is a spacious 85m2-style venetian apartment in the heart of the historic center, just 50m from Liston and Esplanade, the largest square in the Balkans. It consists of the master bedroom located in the attic and a second bedroom on the main floor. Two more people can sleep on sofas that can be easily converted into large single beds. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο όροφο,είναι σοφίτα 40 τ.μ. με εμφανή σκεπή.Έχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο,μπάνιο καθώς επίσης και ένα κοινόχρηστο χώρο που περιλαμβάνει την κουζίνα και το σαλόνι.Το πιο ωραίο σημείο του σπιτιού όμως θεωρούμε πως είναι το μπαλκόνι το οποίο είναι αρκετά μεγάλο και έχει θέα προς την Μαρίνα με τα σκάφη και το βόρειο τμήμα του νησιού.
