Cosy entire guest suite & garden in small village

Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Our cosy waggon overlooks its own private valley, complete with 19th Century coachbridge and secluded wild swimming spot. A sweet, cottage feel, late Victorian end of terrace three bedroom home with traditional wooden features and log burner. The main attraction is the beautiful living room with a gorgeous fireplace. There is a fully serviceable kitchen and developed rear garden. Upstairs there are 3x light bedrooms; two have double beds for your stay and one toddler bed. There is also a double sofa-bed in the lounge (so snugly sleeps 6 adults and 1 child). Free roadside parking out the front and adjoining road.

We have two bedrooms listed. It is our understanding that two guests will be sharing the main bedroom. The Stables form part of the original outbuildings to the Grade II listed Park Farm House. They were completely restored and converted into a delightful holiday home during the course of 2019. Situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Lullington the stables are set within a private courtyard to the rear of the house where we run a small but exclusive B&B. Lullington is only a short drive from the much sought after town of Frome, whilst also only being 10 miles from Bath.
