No groups. The rest of the house is our family home, we live on site and will be available to help (unless we’re at the beach!)

Additionally a spacious outside Decking area with a sunken hot tub solely for your use to relax and unwind in. The Summer House for Guests has a spacious plot with car parking.

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.

A night at the museum.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The View is located within ocean glade at the beautiful Azure Seas holiday park, within walking distance to the beach, woods, Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, and nearby pubs. The view is a perfect base for many attractions on the east coast.

The Folly

We would like to welcome you to The Folly, your cosy woodland retreat away from the stresses and strain of modern life. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of a Tawny owl as you fall asleep. Please be aware in the summer months the local amusement park is open and may be heard during the day.

Great location situated on the Broads, nice walk to Carlton marshes nature reserve with cafe and bird watching. Excellent for dog walking, power boat racing on Thursday evenings in summer, beaches close by, swimming pool and restaurant/bar selling delicious food on site, further restaurants and bars close by, two railway station within easy reach, free parking next to chalet
