Perfect for a romantic getaway or oodles of family fun, here you can return to nature with a little bit of first world luxury thrown in. Our Mongolian built yurt - or ger - sleeps up to 5 and comes complete with wood burner for those cooler evenings (and the freezing ones of course). With your own cooking and washing facilities very close by you don't have to do everything outside in the elements - your choice of course! But if you want to luxuriate in the Jacuzzi hot tub then out you go...

Rural but not remote on the edge of an idyllic village between Lowestoft and Gorleston, it is close to pubs, sandy beaches, the Broads, Suffolk Heritage Coast and North Norfolk. Crown Cove House is a newly refurbished annexe in historic beachfront detached Victorian home, just 50m from the beach, tennis courts, Kensington Gardens and a lovely beach cafe. - Murphy Bed - 50” smart tv with Netflix, Disney Plus etc. - outdoor area with bistro table - Newly fitted kitchen & bathroom Suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 small children. No groups. The rest of the house is our family home, we live on site and will be available to help (unless we’re at the beach!)

VILLAGE CLIFF TOP LOCATION WITH SEA VIEWS. LUXURY 2 BED SUMMER HOUSE LODGE WITH DECKING AND HOT TUB Our Summer House is set on A Tranquil, Quiet, Secluded Family Run Park. It is spacious, light and Airy with an open plan lounge and dining area, 2 Bedrooms, Shower room, separate toilet and kitchen. Additionally a spacious outside Decking area with a sunken hot tub solely for your use to relax and unwind in. The Summer House for Guests has a spacious plot with car parking.

Beautiful big studio in ex theatre - own entrance

This large studio has its own private corridor and bathroom, accessed by its own entrance in a newly converted Grade 2 listed ex theatre. With tv area, dining area, bedroom area and kitchenette area (fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle) it makes a compact base for exploring Suffolk and the Norfolk Broads. Located in the old town centre, 5 minute walk from the high street, and 15 minutes walk from the station and beach. Sorry - not suitable for children under 8 years.

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

The View, frontline with beach access

The View Contemporary frontline lodge with panoramic sea views, large wrap round decking with outside furnishings, parking. One king bed with ensuite, One double bed and one double sofa bed located in lounge area. The View is located within ocean glade at the beautiful Azure Seas holiday park, within walking distance to the beach, woods, Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, and nearby pubs. The view is a perfect base for many attractions on the east coast.

The Folly

We would like to welcome you to The Folly, your cosy woodland retreat away from the stresses and strain of modern life. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of a Tawny owl as you fall asleep. Please be aware in the summer months the local amusement park is open and may be heard during the day.

The space is in a separate self contained annex at the rear of the house with parking spot & private entrance.
