The Bothy

The Bothy is a semi-detached cottage which offers open plan accommodation for couples in Norfolk who want to have a hideaway for two. This unique setting is combined with attention to detail to ensure you have a wonderful stay. This period cottage is situated at the end of the owners house which is surrounded by fields and woodland. So the deer are often in the garden. There is a large car parking area in front of the cottage and the cottage has its own access. As you walk into the well equipped kitchen, you will see the dining area.

The Barn is a grade 2 listed, detached thatched Barn. A fine balance of the old and new. Converted to a modern, 21st Century dwelling, it is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The very well equipped kitchen has everything you'll need. The extending dining table seats 8. The bedroom has exposed beams, a reclaimed pine floor, ash staircase and by all accounts nice, comfy beds. fast wifi is included. The small private garden is just for you. The location is rural, peaceful, safe and quiet.

Hayloft at The Stables

A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

Cosy little Barn close to the Norfolk Broads

Located near the Norfolk broads, within a short distance of numerous activities from boat hire and paddle boarding to simply relaxing by the water at one of the many riverside pubs ! . This is an ideal retreat for a relaxing get away. The historical city of Norwich is 7 miles away with the Norfolk sandy beaches a mere 15miles away The Stable is self contained and set approx. 100metres from our main property with private parking and easy access

Brindle Studio

You will love this self contained studio which is sunny in summer yet cosy in winter. Brindle studio has two private outside seating areas. One sunny courtyard garden and one cosy undercover area. Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. We have designed brindle studio to give you a feeling of security to enable you to have a relaxing time in Norfolk.

The Hobbit - Country Garden Retreat - Norfolk

The Hobbit is a small cosy hideaway, located within the grounds of a beautiful English country garden. The space gives the feeling of an old ships cabin, with original oak beams and panelling. The place might be small but still has all the comforts of home, including a standard double bed, underfloor heating and a deep roll top bath. Sandringham is worth a visit also High Lodge in the Thetford Forest.

This quirky cottage with two double bedrooms is connected to the Grade II listed farmhouse, but has its own private entrance. The Buttery has been sensitively refurbished, retaining many original features. The setting is one of the real charms, and guests are welcome to enjoy a walk around the grounds. There is also a tennis court, available by arrangement. The west garden is set aside for guests to sit outside.
