The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a garden view with the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

We think our place is really special. In the centre of Cowes with everything on the doorstep makes it convenient and so easy with everything walkable. We love being part of the atmosphere of the world famous Cowes. We have two bedrooms, one with a lovely big cosy super king the other is a double with a single bunk above it. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need along with the furnished living / dining room with TV and fast internet access.

The floating bridge is steps away from the front door and you can hop on it for a few pennies to reach West Cowes. Here you will find a plethora of shops and restaurants all busy with tourists and sailors. Cowes is a mecca for the sailing community and yachts can be seen at all times of the year. Seals have also been seen bobbing up and down just outside the house !

Sleeping up to 5 guests in comfortable accommodation, it is the perfect base for exploring the island, or as a bolt hole for those whose passion lies on water rather than dry land. It is a few minutes walk away from the Red Jet terminal and within 100 metres of Cowes Yacht Haven. There is a frequent bus service to all parts of the island and plentiful parking close by.

Oakside is a spacious detached 3 bedroom house with surrounding garden with upstairs sea views and located on a private drive leading off from Woodvale Road. It is a very quiet area. There is a separate area for working with a desk, shelves, fast wifi and a swivel chair within the open plan downstairs living area. We are most suitable for small families or couples wanting to work from home.
