A charming six bedroom house ideal for hosting families & golfing parties. This listing is first and foremost a family home, with all the charm and quirks that go with this type of property. It has generous reception space (the house has been described as swallowing you up) including a grand drawing room with antique furniture & a large open fire, a huge dining kitchen with views over the Forth & a cosy TV room with a large sofa ideal for curling up and watching films. The Vintage... A well-struck 2-iron away from the 1st tee of the Old Course, 100 yards from the seafront and close to the town center. Tucked away but in the middle of it all, The Vintage is a delightful, free-standing, fully renovated, three bedroom house with a large conservatory and a unique private patio garden. Located in the conservation area, with no direct access for cars, the only noise one hears is the wind and the occasional seagull flying overhead.
