You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Kurnell is a small coastal town in Sydney with amazing city & water views. The granny flat cottage is situated the backyard, and is great for couples or singles wanting a short-term holiday. The light-filled cottage is situated one street back from the water, separate from main house with private entry. Close to Kurnell & Cronulla's Beaches, playgrounds, Kamay National Park, Boat Harbour & Cape Solander. Activities include the beaches, bushwalking, cycling, bbqs, kites, tennis, cafes & fishing.

Greenhills Beach Guesthouse with Parking Space

Beachfront private guesthouse with car space. Airport is 17.5km or 30mins in good traffic. 300m opposite Greenhills Beach. Various entry points, some easier than others. Enjoy walking the sand dunes or relaxing by the beach. Travel cot available at no extra cost. The property has EV charging at $15.00 a day. Please advise if it is required Bedroom 1 has air con. Bedroom 2 has ducted air cond via the main house. Keep at 23 degrees on hot days. Fan and heater is available.

Parthenia Studio

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

The Cronulla Garden Studio

The self-contained Studio in the Garden is beautifully appointed entering onto a sunny courtyard. The Cronulla Garden Studio has recently been painted and refreshed throughout. The bedroom studio is spacious with one comfy queen-size bed, cosy electric blanket (in winter), ceiling fan, split system air conditioner and wardrobe. Ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. We provide a kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge for your convenience.

Seaside Apartment Shelly Beach

Cronulla boasts one of the longest stretches of beach in Sydney. Situated in the heart of South Cronulla, you are just metres from Shelly beach and park, NUNS pool Cafe and a short 10 minute walk to Cronulla railway and mall and cafe society.
