The heart of the property is its private wellness area, featuring a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, pergola, and a summer kitchen.

Welcome to our completely new 4-bedroom villa with a heated swimming pool, al fresco dining area, BBQ, outdoor sauna, and a hot tub. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. Our spacious and luxurious property is located in a serene and scenic area, with over 2000 m2 of plot, making it the perfect vacation home. *pool heating season usually between May and October (depending on the weather).

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Situated in an area of ​​interesting topographies, overlooking the vineyard and olive grove, and the spectacular scenery, they give players a unique feeling of golf with stunning views.

A surface is 165 sqm on three levels, with a private pool and a sea view from the 1st and 2nd floor. Check in on Saturdays in June, July and August.
