Le gîte se situe dans un site remarquable, en bordure de ruisseau, la propriété est constituée de 2 maisons : -le gîte, du XVIII siècle avec pierres, poutres apparentes, tommettes, four à pain. -le moulin de la Forge d'Ans, notre résidence, surplombe une des plus belles cascades de la Dordogne. Les voitures sont garées à l'intérieur de la propriété clôturée. La piscine au sel de 8 mètres sur 4 mètres, est située sur le point haut de la propriété, avec vue imprenable sur les chutes et la rivière.

A beautiful old farm in the heart of the Dordogne. The house is located in the centre of a 15 ha domaine, with other holiday homes. It is surrounded by gardens and within 5 minutes you can walk in the forest. The house has been a personal family home for 26 years and therefore decorated with a lot of care. The main house itself has 3 bedrooms. There is also a little gite, which sleeps 2 persons and a tower that sleeps 2 people as well.
