Thoughtfully designed, light filled, one bedroom, one bath, free standing guest house located in Hollywood's historic Whitley Heights. Conveniently located with a 10-15 min walk to the Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood Walk of Fame, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and hiking trails. Universal Studios is a 5-10 min drive. The Spanish-Mediterranean Revival architecture, stone floors, casement windows, gas fireplace, mid-century modern furniture and original artwork make this property a unique experience.

Perfect affordable stay for tourists. Many amenities included to maximize comfort! We have recently upgraded landscaping and made like a resort kind of experience for our guests. Pics posted.

(2nd bedroom is a music studio, which can also be available). Perfect for professionals and vacationers alike. Quiet residential street with no through traffic and neighbors in close proximity; not suitable for loud/late partying.

A/C, 2 queen beds, walk-in closets, wood floors, nice TV entertainment setups, washer/dryer, parking, remodeled chef’s kitchen, 2 coffee makers (drip and French press), dishwasher, and dining room. Large front and back GARDENS (shared*) with a rear porch, gas BBQ, small outdoor fire pit. WiFi, cable TV, Blu-Ray players/access to Netflix, Hulu, etc in every room. Living room has FIREPLACE, Surround Sound, queen fold out couch.

Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).
