Set within the grounds of Fernie Castle a beautiful authentic Treehouse with 6 living Trees growing and thriving. Equally beautiful in all seasons especially winter being so very cozy, it is fully heated with lots of hot water for the freestanding bath for two. With all the amenities of a 5 star bedroom, a large freestanding bath on the second floor with a small balcony with views to the stunning countryside it does indeed feel like a fairytale just remember to bring your favourite bubbles...

Self contained wee cottage. Living room with feature stone wall, fully equipped kitchen and patio doors opening onto the garden. Best suited for a couple with 1 double bed in the ensuite bedroom. Chair-bed suitable for child or small adult for £20 extra. Well-behaved pets welcome but NOT to be left on their own, garden is enclosed but not secure. No weeing or soiling on the grass. Complimentary breakfast for the first morning, plus tea, coffee and condiments Wifi strong STRICTLY NO SMOKING

The front of the house offering stunning panoramic views over the Firth of Tay and St Andrews Bay; the other side providing access to quiet woodland and country walks. Full spacious property available comprising two large double bedrooms, modern open lounge area, dining room, well furnished kitchen, shower room and WC. Two further beds available in loft conversion if required.

Mangle Cottage, quirky cottage in Pittenween, Fife

5* quirky 17th century cottage in the heart of Pittenweem. Ama St Andrews, the home of golf is just 17 minutes away by car . Pittenweem boasts the last working fishing harbour in the East Neuk with it's famous 117 mile long coastal path passing right through the village . Dog friendly restaurants , cafes, pubs and art galleries all on our doorstep. Lovely long beaches in St Andrews and Elie only short drive away. The Fife 117 mile long coastal path goes past the bottom of our Wynd .

The Roundel in Fife

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. ‘The Roundel’ near Cupar is a beautiful restored barn with its own private entrance. It offers a unique and private sanctuary for guests exploring the beautiful surrounding areas. This lovely open plan space forms part of what was once a traditional farm steading and sits in a quiet and peaceful setting. Guests also have use of a tennis court within the grounds. St Andrews, with its famous golf courses and beaches is just 20 mins by car.

Clatto Bothy, self catering cottage.

Clatto Bothy is a recently refurbished, fully furnished semi-detached cottage less than five miles from St Andrews. The self catering accommodation consists of a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area and a large living space. There is one double bedroom and a large shower room. The cottage sleeps two and offers peaceful surroundings within easy reach of St Andrews. The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher. The Bothy has its own private parking area.

The perfect scenic spot for exploring East Fife. 12 minutes from St Andrews by car, you can wake up to a beautiful view and be on the beach for breakfast. This annex is attached to our family home, with a separate private entrance, dedicated parking right outside and a private deck area from which to enjoy the view. There is parking for up to three cars. Please be aware we do not have a full kitchen - no sink or oven. No BBQs (disposable or otherwise) or open fires allowed.

The Beeches

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. The Beeches is set in a quaint cul-de-sac in the village of Dairsie. We offer tea coffee and a selection of cereals their is also a fridge with fresh milk supplied. Dairsie has a village shop which stocks hot and cold meals plus a good selection of beverages available. We also offer Sky TV and a comfortable king size bed. The shower room has a large walk in shower with waterfall shower and plenty off hot water.

This uniquely designed cabin is a rural dream pad. Perfect for a quiet getaway, a romantic hideout or a base to explore the beauty of Fife. The leafy deck looks out over fields with horses and sheep. With a separate dedicated workspace it’s also a perfect place to write or create something special. Orchard cottage is a recently renovated luxury holiday home just 3 miles from the ancient town of St. Andrews. The house comprises three bedrooms :- a master bedroom with en suite shower-room; a large bedroom with king size bed; a smaller double room, and a double sofa bed in the living room. 'Orchard Cottage' has a large enclosed garden making it great for families, while a large patio adjoining the house makes it ideal for enjoying 'al-fresco' dining!
