The Old Stables is a lovely two bedroom cottage converted to a high standard. The historic village of Needham Market has great transportation links via rail and road across the region to the coast, Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds and into London. Needham Market is a great central Suffolk location, from here it is quick & easy to get to see all the sights across Suffolk, from Southwold to Lavenham, Framlingham to Woodbridge you can explore easily from this historic and well connected market town.

House in the heart of Newmarket

Come and stay in our spacious house in the heart of Newmarket. The house has three bedrooms, one with ensuite, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a fantastic outside area where you can enjoy the sun all day. The house is a five minute walk into town, where you can jump on a free shuttle bus to the famous Newmarket racecourse. The house is clean and modern but still feels homely. Horses can often be seen in the neighbouring Martin Smith Racing paddock from the bedroom windows.

Our charming rural retreat has flexible accommodation for 6/7 adults PLUS small children. Modern kitchen & bathroom. Private staircases lead to Bedroom 1 - double bed + single Zedbed on request. Bedroom 2 - twin beds. Both have en-suite WCs. The Garden Room is EITHER Bedroom 3 (with kingsize bed OR 2 singles) OR an additional sitting room. Travel Cot available for our younger guests! Walk to the races from smart, sunny garden annex.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. We hope you will too, when you stay.
