Recently renovated from top to bottom, the property boasts fantastic views across the English Channel. Situated on the edge of the historic old town, it's just two minutes walk from the bustling high street with its quirky shops, dozens of restaurants and bars. The house is unique for this location given its size, amenities and level of finish. No expense has been spared to create a unique and stylish coastal home set over four floors. All the five en-suite bedrooms have super-king beds, dressed in luxurious White Company bedding and the bathrooms all feature powerful monsoon showers. The spacious, state-of-the-art kitchen comes fully equipped with every item of kitchenware you could possibly need to rustle up anything from a snack to a gourmet meal. The main living area was the former pub's saloon bar, and in tribute to the building’s rich history has been fitted with a copper-topped bar, a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail while looking out across the water. In keeping with the pub theme, there's a second “breakfast and coffee bar” next to the kitchen, an ideal spot for a leisurely morning read. The former beer cellar has been converted into a cinema and is now a secret haven to unwind and indulge a media fix. Guests have access to fast, reliable WiFi in every corner of the property and a large washer and dryer for their personal use. The property has central heating throughout, with underfloor in the en-suites, making it a cosy bolthole even on the chilliest of days. There's a great selection of restaurants from fine dining to fish and chips, a pub on virtually every street plus a history-rich area that’s easy to explore on foot. By Train: The hourly high-speed train service takes approximately one hour and twenty minutes from London, St. Pancras to Deal town centre and the house is a ten-minute walk from the station. By Car: Deal is twenty-minute drive north Dover and well connected to the motorway network. One parking permit is supplied for guests use, additional pay and display parking is readily available.

Located in the heart of the historic Conservation Area, the three floor property has been furnished to create a comfortable, cosy environment. (It should be noted that the stairs to the first and second floor are steep and narrow, with the bathroom on first floor). It’s the perfect base to explore the South East Kent coast.

Built in the 1760s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Jubilee Cottage is furnished to create a stylish, comfortable, and relaxed space for up to four people - and with a view of the sea from the main bedroom. A great base for exploring Deal and the Kent coast, or just to relax.

My cottage was built in the 1800's and is small but perfectly formed. Newly refurbished it's in a convenient location close to the beach, shops, bars/restaurants, train station and conservation area. It's location makes it the perfect gateway to either London or Europe. Please note to keep my prices low, the price quoted is for couples sharing the main bedroom. If the spare bedroom is required to be made up, it is an extra £20 per night (with 10% discount if longer than one week).
