Situated in the charming village of Hambledon, within the South Downs National Park, the annexe has a fully equipped kitchen, cosy lounge area with log burner and double bedroom with patio doors leading onto its enclosed garden. Scenic footpaths are on the doorstep, and it’s a short stroll to the Old Forge Tea Room, local pub and well stocked village shop. Still within the village, take time to visit the oldest commercial vineyard in England, with its award winning sparkling wine and restaurant.

Self contained Annex, suitable for short or long stay close to Waterlooville town centre and 2 minutes from A3 routes to London, Guildford and Southampton. Local area consists of shops, restaurants, supermarket and pub all within a short walk. The Annex is self contained with TV, WiFi, Netflix, powerful shower and all necessities for a relaxing stay such as tea, coffee, milk, and a continental breakfast if required. Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.

Motley: Cottage on Organic Farm

The first (named Motley after an old friend) of 3 beautiful converted pig sheds. Fresh, new cottages, fully powered by renewable energy with wood burning stoves and access to the farmyard with pizza oven and firepit. The cottages, which sleep 2 or 4 (with sofabed), and have there own kitchen and bathroom, are in the South Downs on an organic farm; quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by wildlife, with the opportunity to join a workshop or tour of farm.
