Self-contained 2 king bed Flat 11 acres woodland

New Forest at it’s best. Peaceful base to explore NF. 2 king-size beds (one is a 4-poster, the other a sleigh bed) A single bed can be added easily, upon request. Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it's fine to use internal house stairs. All dogs welcome, no extra charge.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). If in any doubt about suitability.....please message me before booking. It is perfect for 6 people, but has beds for 8 EV charger. Oct-Mar + Midweek availability message me first please

Modern, spacious 2 bedroom house with parking

Beautifully presented, self-catering, peaceful, spacious two bedroom semi detached house, finished to a very high standard. The property features off street parking for 2 cars, and is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Hythe village is within walking distance, and the New Forest is a 20 minute walk away. Located in the centre of Beaulieu, this beautifully refurbished 17th Century cottage is an ideal base from which to relax and explore the New Forest. Situated on a quiet road in the beautiful village, you can walk to Monty's Inn pub nearby for dinner and visit the popular cafe opposite for breakfast. You may even see donkeys walking along the High Street! The cottage has a very spacious ground floor with an open kitchen/large dining area plus a cosy lounge where you can enjoy the log burner.

Located along a private lane in the New Forest National Park, the apartment is centrally located for easy access to the villages of Hythe, Beaulieu, Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst- all within 12 miles. To the outside a private seated area awaits with wood burning hot tub to relax in after a day of adventure or leisure. .

Coachmans Cottage

Coachman’s Cottage is a converted Coach house and Harness room originally built in 1860. It is next door to the owner’s home. Southampton water is a short walk away, and the New Forest lies to the north. There are many local attractions near by including Exbury Gardens and the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. The property is all on one level. Hythe is just over a mile away. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for guests in an adjacent building. Pub 200 mtrs walk away.

Comfy annex in unique modern house close to forest

Our comfortable annex forms part of our unique architect designed home close to the beautiful New Forest and the solent. Ideally placed for walking, cycling and sightseeing in the forest or on the coast, our airbnb is also near the historic city of Southampton. Comprising a private entrance, sitting room with kitchenette and dining area, and a separate double bedroom with en-suite shower room, the accomodation also has it's own private decking area where guests can enjoy the garden.

New Forest reach Holiday House

On the edge of the New Forest, our fresh & comfortable guest house is the perfect location. It's a gentle 10 minute walk to the village where you will find a pub, quality cafe. The village of Hythe is nearby, 10 minutes to drive to picturesque Beaulieu and the Beaulieu Motor museum, bus and ferry services to Southampton. Calshot/Lepe beaches are only 5/6 miles away.
