Enjoy the lovely setting of this quirky space surrounded by nature and on the doorstep of Longleat, Longleat Forest, Center Parcs, Wind Hill B1kepark and a short distance from Heavens Gate, Sheerwater, Stone Henge, the Heritage City of Bath and much much more. The space provides a double bed, seating area, quirky shower, separate toilet with sink, wifi, tv with Netflix and outside seating area overlooking our garden backed by fields. Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Iris’s Annexe, self contained nr Longleat and Bath

This private self contained annexe was built around 6 years ago but has been completely redecorated and newly furnished. We are a 15 minute drive to Longleat and the Safari Park. We are located in Westbury which has excellent train links to Bath, Salisbury, Bristol and London so you can explore the wonderful area. Bath is a 30 minute car journey as is Stonehenge. Salisbury is a 45 minute drive. The annexe has its own private entrance so you can come and go as you please.

Barn in the Wiltshire

The Barn is set within the countryside of Wiltshire and it was fully refurbished in 2019. It is located within the 3 acre grounds of Willow Grange, which borders Somerset. The Barn overlooks paddocks and is surrounded by trees and fields. It is the perfect location to visit Bath, Stonehenge, Longleat & other local towns & villages such as Frome, Lacock & Salisbury. With direct train links from Westbury to London. Unfortunately we are strictly no pets.
