Small self-contained annexe

Enjoy the best of both worlds! Easy access to Oxford (5 miles)or Abingdon (4 miles), or to explore the Cotswolds. Tucked away in a quiet no-through lane in rural Old Boars Hill. Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

Garden home: self contained, nature, no clean fee

1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Info sheet in property.

Luxury rustic woodshed only 20 minutes from Oxford

A peaceful country setting just 10-15 minutes away from Oxford centre. Set in the unique & tranquil Boars Hill area, hidden down a quiet forest lane. Oxford station is a picturesque and quick 5.6km cycle or hike away through the Oxfordshire countryside. Surrounded by beautiful trails plus some wonderful pubs to enjoy such as the Farmers Dog just 30 mins away. A 1 bedroom cabin with a sofa bed, providing space for 4 guests plus a garden with outdoor dining. We hope you like our cabin!

Silvertrees lofthouse

A self contained flat situated in the woodlands of Bagley Wood with free driveway parking. Surrounded by trees but a 20 minute cycle from the centre of historic Oxford. Perfect for commuting to the local Oxford science/business parks or a base for a weekend getaway exploring the woods and historic Oxford. A 15 minute walk to the local village of Kennington which boasts a host of eateries and a historic pub. Surrounded by woodland and further walks to the beautiful banks of the Thames.

Set in the pretty village of Sunningwell, close to Oxford and Abingdon, a spacious detached 2 bedroom bungalow, with lounge, kitchen and beautiful conservatory. There is a private south facing garden, with lovely enclosed seating in the vinery and the garden is safe and secure for pets and children. At the front there is a private drive for several vehicles. Sunningwell has the renowned 'Flowing Well' pub, with excellent food & drink, a pretty church, village green and play area.

Cosy, independent guest suite with its own entrance, located in the heart of the scenic village of Marcham. 🏡 Easy access to country walks, head next door to enjoy a bustling English pub with luxury food vans on select days. Oxford city centre is 9 miles away, and Abingdon 2 miles away. We have a little bus stop near the house with 2 buses every hour. Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!

The Old Barn, historic Fyfield, Oxfordshire

Lovely, cosy independent apartment on two floors in 15th century thatched farmhouse, set in the heart of the historic village of Fyfield. Play area for toddlers in beautiful garden. The Thames riverside walk is a short walk away through the village. Oxford city centre is less than 20 minutes by car or bus (from every 20 minutes). Multi-award winning 16th century White Hart Public House and restaurant is just a couple of minutes walk away.

Lovely self-contained annexe in Oxfordshire

The annexe has tastefully been converted from a double garage into a modern 1 bedroom open plan apartment that can comfortably sleep 4 adults. The annexe is situated at the bottom of our 80ft x 33ft garden, has it’s own patio (a trellis partition across the patio allows for extra privacy) with table and chairs for outside dining. Please note, the property is not suitable for children under the age of 5.

The Nook - Cosy, Modern Annexe

A brand new stylish, self-contained annexe featuring a modern open-plan kitchen with sleek appliances, a chic bathroom with contemporary fittings. There is wi-fi throughout The Nook. There is self check-in via a secure Key Lockbox. Guests have the entire annexe to themselves. There is private, secure gated parking shared with the family home. 20 minutes from Oxford City Centre.

The Old Library

Stylish countryside accommodation situated in the quaint village of Fyfield. The Old Library is a peaceful, self-contained, fully equipped guest house within easy reach of Oxford and the Cotswolds. Access is through an electric gate and gravel drive. Guests will have ample off street parking directly outside the guest house.
