This newly renovated cozy studio is located in the very center of the city, 3 minutes away from the old town. Located in a very quiet and peaceful area it makes a perfect base for exploring the city within walking distance! Cable car, Old town, Banje beach, Lokrum island, supermarket, museums, bars, restaurants, clubs, everything is within 15 min walking. The space is complimented with a private balcony w sea view where you can enjoy your breakfasts or have a glass of wine in the evening.

This charming room with furnished balcony is placed in the attic of the family house that consists of 5 guest rooms. There is a double bed for two in it and a sofa bed. The room is air conditioned and equipped with TV, a fridge, kettle and free Wi-Fi. It has its private well- equipped bathroom placed in the hallway (towels, shower gel, shampoo provided). From its private balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic vistas of Dubrovnik surroundings and the sea.

Luka Gruž je također blizu(10 min) iz koje redovno, brodicama, idete na jednodnevne izlete na obližnje otoke, Elafite, Mljet, Korčulu.... Dođite i uvjerite se i sami da smo mali ali posebni.
