The Hope is a spacious Cotswolds stone house dating from the 17th Century, in the beautiful South Cotswolds. It has recently been fully renovated and is located in a quintessential Cotswold village. The house is connected to my half of the house but you will have total privacy with your own separate entrance, private garden perfect for al fresco dining and access to our tennis court. Enjoy walking, cycling or horse riding nearby. Close to Cirencester town, water parks and traditional gastro pubs

Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. Its a short walk to the typically Cotswold charming village of Bibury and just a short drive from Cirencester, and an 8 minute walk away from Arlington Row, owned by the National Trust, which is one of England’s most iconic and photographed sites, it even appears on the inside cover of UK passports! Use the small house as a base to explore and enjoy a true Cotswold experience.

The larch clad property has an industrial, boho meets the Cotswold vibe with its own private wild flower garden, perfect for alfresco dining. Excellent location for walking, running and cycling. Close to the beautiful town of Cirencester, idyllic picturesque villages and gastro pubs galore!

The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

Country Lodge in the heart of the Cotswolds

Claydon Lodge is situated between the villages of Lechlade and Fairford, set on a farm in the grounds of the owners' home. With its own large garden and a terrace for al fresco dining, it overlooks the amazing views of the vast farm land around it. A beautiful gypsy caravan sits in the garden and you are welcome to pop inside and read or snooze! Recharge in this peaceful location. (Please note that the caravan is not in situ between October and March).

The Well House, Poulton

A quintessential Cotswolds cottage, the perfect place to call home for as long or short as you’d like. A spacious self contained suite with a lounge area, single bedroom and en-suite shower room, it's the perfect retreat to escape to the countryside and explore what the beautiful Cotswolds has to offer. Please note, The Well House does not have a kitchen, but a kettle, microwave and fridge are provided along with crockery and cutlery.
