A perfect place to escape into nature, visit historic towns and villages, or base yourself to work remotely with easy access to central London.

It is the perfect place to relax with cosy lounge, wood burning stove, bespoke kitchen & underfloor heating. Upstairs features a super-king sized bed, seating area, luxury wet-room with underfloor heating, balcony and Jacuzzi.

The Domek: Idyllic Hertfordshire cottage

The Domek is set within an idyllic courtyard of the Gotha Gardens at Pembroke Farm. The cottage accommodation is over two floors with an open plan sitting room, diner and vintage kitchen decorated in French farmhouse style, whitewashed beams and oak floors. The bedrooms are fresh and charming with a circular window in the double and a Juliet french window in the twin. The Domek also has its own reserved terrace overlooking the courtyard.

The house is unsuitable for children of any age.

A 15-minute drive from St Albans and Harpenden, it’s an ideal base to explore the Chilterns with scenic walks and bike rides nearby. Enjoy a popular curry restaurant, bakery, cafe, and a small village supermarket close by. Bike storage is available at the back, accessed via the side passage.
