If you are reading this and not a HCP keep reading, you just lucked out! TUGA is part of a 6000 sq.ft, 1.5 acre secluded living area, my home when in NC. It’s +/- 1015 sq.ft. of open concept living, European style kitchen , dining area for 6, living room area with easel TV , SONOS throughout, balcony with table for 4, BBQ/grill, 1 bedroom.

*Proudly renovated Aug ‘26* Tucked away and attached to my house, the space features a private entrance and back patio with a separate fenced back yard in a wooded backdrop ideal for weary travelers and their dogs. This 500 sq ft in-law suite has rustic charm with real comfort. After more than 3 years of Superhosting the space it now has two beautifully appointed bedrooms (King/Full). The suite includes a redesigned living area, full kitchen, both bedrooms, and a fresh bathroom with a 6ft tub.

Southern charm is in abundance in this c. 1799 home! This sun-filled, artfully restored space is a private, "in-law" suite adjacent to a sprawling southern Estate. You'll enjoy a private entrance, huge living area / queen bed, large dressing room with "his and hers" vanities, modern bathroom with walk-in shower and oversized tub, access to gorgeous pool, and sprawling verandas. The space is mere blocks from all that quintessential historic Hillsborough has to offer, and is a rare treasure!

Charming 1-bedroom, snuggled away 3 miles from UNC. Lots of character + natural light. Free bus stop across the street. It's on the highway, behind a privacy fence and trees, so the traffic noise is muted. Great for UNC games, the hospital, and visiting students. Private Sunny Suite- Walk to Downtown

Private entrance and suite in our family home. This is the perfect home base for exploring all that Durham has to offer- walk to restaurants/bars/coffee shops/ music venues. Walk downtown, or take a short Uber or Lyft to DPAC or a Bulls game. 2 miles to Duke. We live upstairs, so you will hear us, but the space is quiet and private. We are available to answer questions or provide recommendations. We frequently hang out in the yard with family and friends- feel free to join us!

Enjoy a relaxing and cozy experience at this centrally-located basement apartment. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, greenways and bustling downtown Cary. This space is also close to the Raleigh museum of art, PNC arena, RDU airport, RTP, Koka Booth, downtown Raleigh and short drive to Durham and Chapel Hill! A perfect location to explore and relax in the triangle. The space includes a washer and dryer and access to a fenced in yard.

Come stay in our private suite on the lower level of our home! We have a great location only 9 minutes drive to UNC and easy access to I-40 gets you to RDU and the airport easily. We provide high speed internet with ethernet hookup and mesh wifi with a dedicated workstation. Large flatscreen TV includes at least 3 streaming services and our personal digital movie library through Apple TV app. Fully stocked Keurig station with coffee, tea and the morning basics!

Private guesthouse near airport, RTP & Brier Creek

Contemporary guesthouse in quiet residential area with large private deck on wooded lot. Conveniently located to I-540, the airport, RTP and Brier Creek shopping and restaurants. Just outside of Raleigh city limits, but a close drive to everything. King sized bed, spacious shower bath, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living area - all in a airy and bright loft. Free wi-fi. Large TV with Roku. No parties and no events please. No smoking, no pets.

Carrboro Library Guest Suite

Start your day on the screened-in porch with a quiet cup of coffee and a book in your hand, then walk into Carrboro for great food, drink, music, and people watching. Explore further and visit Chapel Hill, Durham, and Raleigh for more of the same! This sweet little studio is the perfect homebase - it has a full kitchen, bathroom, queen bed, comfortable couch, and TV. The space is private and quiet, but only about a half mile from town.

A mural filled one bedroom suite with a full bath and kitchenette attached to our house with its own separate entrance. Located less than 5 minutes by car to downtown Durham with easy access for those who prefer to travel by bicycle or foot to the Ellerbee Creek trail. Centrally located to Duke University and Duke Medical. Perfect for longer stays for visiting professionals as well as shorter stays to enjoy all Durham has to offer.
