A lovely two bedroom ground floor space in a modern passive solar house. It's situated conveniently to Duke/Downtown (10 min), and RTP (15-20 min). Your space has laundry appliances, bathtub, and a lovely KITCHENETTE equipped with a toaster oven, microwave, 2/3rds size fridge, and coffee/tea stuff. The home is set back from the road and surrounded by trees giving it a cabin-like feel. It's convenient to great restaurants, shopping, and the universities while still giving you a secluded feel.

Carrboro/Chapel Hill/UNC Studio

This stylish studio is a 5 min drive to downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill. Weatherhill Townhomes are secluded and have easy parking. There is a king-sized bed for maximum comfort, and the couch can sleep one additional guest if needed. Enjoy the kitchen and having a bathroom all to yourself! This private basement unit overlooks the forest, which provides a lovely view any time of year. To that end, remember to bring a laptop if you want screen time (no tv here, but there is private internet!).

Welcome to our home! Come stay in our quiet and serene suite, complete with its own private entrance. Cook delicious meals in a real kitchen with full size fridge, stove, & microwave (coffeemaker & toaster too). Sleep well on the adjustable memory foam queen bed. Relax on the sofa and enjoy various streaming services. Get some work done at the desk with the included wifi. Have a friend stay on the queen sleeper sofa. This is our home. You may see or hear our family & dogs around the property.
