Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

One bed cottage on working farm

Our farm cottage is a great place to stay whilst working nearby, or as a stopover on the way further west or to have a longer break to explore what Devon and Cornwall has to offer. Normally we offer the whole cottage, (which sleeps 7), but we have now added a comfy sofa bed downstairs to allow guests to just stay for a night or two. *Note, bookings on this listing will only have access to ground floor of the cottage. Gatherly View is a quaint, newly renovated countryside property. Entry is up a small flight of outside stairs leading to a covered porch which opens into a spacious open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area. Leading off from the living area are the two double bedrooms, both with large ensuite bathrooms. The entire accommodation is on one level and enjoys stunning views over the woodland and Devon countryside. The perfect location to discover Devon & Cornwall.

The Dairy, near Launceston

Our accommodation is a beautifully converted dairy. Its half way between the north and south coasts of Cornwall and also within easy reach of both Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. The whole place has underfloor heating and is all on one level, with its own garden. Our farm is tucked away in a small hamlet, with lots of lovely walks to be had both on and around it. There is also an excellent pub within walking distance. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs.

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. PLEASE NOTE for health and safety reasons we exclude children under 8 years of age

Well equipped kitchen, good quality sofas and beds, unlimited superfast WiFi, reserved car parking space with EV charge point (see ^ below), gas central heating and wood burning stove for a cosy winter stay, air-conditioning for a comfortable summer stay.
