Soak up the space of the double-height, vaulted atrium hallway and unwind on the snug balcony. - 2 double bedrooms - both with double beds and fully equipped with bed linen and towels - Open Plan Kitchen - fully fitted with dishwasher, toaster and kettle and generous crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils - Open Plan ding/living room with dining table and chairs for six, two comfortable sofas and coffee table -Bathroom with roll-top bath, shower cubicle, sink and WC. The Pod is a completely independent first floor apartment accessed via its own courtyard entrance the ground level. Not suitable for disabled access. We respect your privacy. We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

A newly renovated one bedroom outbuilding set in idyllic Holywell conservation area directly overlooking the River Ouse. The property is detached from the main house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a beautiful wooden bed. There is a kitchen/diner and lounge with a large sofa bed suitable for two children. The bathroom has a small bath with waterfall shower. The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

Annexe self-contained accomodation.

Opened in Sept 2020, the Annexe is bright and comfortable. It is in the beautiful village of Needingworth, close to St Ives and within easy reach of Cambridge. There are many scenic walks nearby. The Annexe is adult only and is a cosy apartment which includes a living room with kitchenette (microwave cooking only), a bedroom with king-sized bed and a shower room with walk-in shower. There is off road parking. Look out for all the little touches that make your stay complete!

Charming 18C Thatched Cottage, Over

A beautifully renovated thatched cottage in the picturesque village of Over. A piece of tranquility just a short distance away from the city of Cambridge. Good transport links to the city, local pubs and beautiful walks all within walking distance. Please note: The ceilings are low (6ft6). The staircases to the bedrooms are short but quite steep and without baby gates or handrails. The bathroom and guest toilet are downstairs. Use of the log burner is not permitted.

the cabin

The self catering cabin with a good size kitchen/dinner with tea/coffee making facilities , Situated 12 miles from cambridge and 6 miles from st Ives, the cabin is only metres from a well stocked fishing lake . Fishing is available from the site owner for just £10 per day . It has 1 large comfortable double bed and in the lounge has 1 sofa bed and 1 large comfortable sofa. The cabin isn't suitable for children under the age of 16 years old.

Honey Hill Lodge

Located in the pretty village of Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire. Less than 2 miles away from the historic market town of St.Ives and just 10 miles away from the stunning city of Cambridge this ideally placed bolt hole is in the perfect location for exploring the area.
