Nearby are the Thames Market towns of Wallingford, Henley and Abingdon and the beautiful surrounding countryside.The historic city of Oxford is only 8 miles away and Bicester Village is a 30 minute drive.

The Studio at Kennet House : a historic home

A spacious & comfortable Studio. Self contained & private. The Studio is part of the historic ‘Listed’ Grade II* Kennet House, built in 1701 by the Bishop of Oxford, nestled near the village pond, the church & the village pub. The Studio is on the first floor via a private staircase.

There is a small waterfall a few steps away and lots of footpaths through the fields and woods allowing guests to take refreshing walks. This is a quit and idyllic place ideal for those who love nature. The neighborhood is very friendly and villagers feed the ducks here. The village is close to Milton Park, Harwell, Didcot and Oxford, Frilford Gold Club and Drayton Park Golf Club.

A king-sized bed and beautiful linens add a romantic feel to the bedroom and throughout the property a traditional style has been retained offering comfort and quality. Surrounded by the pretty South Oxfordshire countryside. The Farm has footpath links to walks on the Ridgeway and is situated just outside the historic town of Wantage. White Horse Hill is just a short drive away as are the many attractions of Oxford which is just 12 miles away.

Our annex is in the heart of Oxfordshire a perfect space to unwind and relax. in a beautiful area of the village surrounded by fields and brooks. close to all amenities and Williams, Grove Technology park, Milton park, Harwell, Didcot, and Oxford, Frilford golf club and Drayton park golf club. with a 7 minute walk to the bus stop offering direct route to Wantage, Didcot and Oxford. If it's retail therapy Oxford (27 mins) has lot's to offer including the fabulous Bicester Village (33 mins)

It is the perfect place to relax with cosy lounge, wood burning stove, bespoke kitchen & underfloor heating. Upstairs features a super-king sized bed, seating area, luxury wet-room with underfloor heating, balcony and Jacuzzi.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
